Pyrrhic update: Camera Prototype
Recently I started a new project called Pyrrhic. An immersive, first-person team PvP game.
Here is a VIP video of the camera. It is in the early stages, but the general idea is here. You have a camera that is attached to the head bone of the character and the head bone is being rotated instead of the camera. The head rotation is limited of course, so to rotate 360 degrees, I check if the head is rotated close to the horizontal camera limit. I then rotate the whole character and play the turn animation.
